Bringing back the bag boy

A friend of mine (who knows way too much about Sasquatch) once remarked that the grocery store is the only business that penalizes its best customers while rewarding those who don't make large purchases. It's all because of the damn checkout process.

If you're like me and do one big shopping trip for the the month, you can spend upwards of twenty minutes waiting for the cashier to scan all of your items in and bag them up for you.

It wasn't always that way, and Loblaws knows it. Because they've brought back the bag boy. At least to a few select stores; one of which is the location we shop at.

Now we're in and out of line in five minutes with the help of the young fellas at the end of the conveyor belt. And even though prices may be lower elsewhere, my time is worth so much more.
