That's why I was so surprised at how easily our new Moen faucet set installed. As far as instructions go, they were fairly simple and even in proper English. What I found particularly awesome though was the inclusion of a grey plastic tube that, I must admit, coufounded me at first.
Then, while I was struggling to loosely tighten the main nut I realized what it was: a do-it-yourself extended socket wrench. Just slide a regular old screwdriver through the hole in the bottom and problems solved.
If this isn't a common fixture in faucet sets, it should be. It takes into account that a big set of do-it-yourself customers won't have access to such a tool and keeps them from becoming frustrated with the installation process. Then, at the end of it all, they can feel proud of themselves for a job well done. And hopefully have a good feeling towards the brand at the same time.
Oh, and I didn't even mention that the faucet comes with a life-time warranty. These things combined have definitely created another brand that I'm loyal to.
